Job Title: Tree Service Supervisor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tree Service Supervisor to join our team at Seneca Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

**Responsibilities:**

* Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
* Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
* Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
* Maintain accurate records and logs of work completed
* Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers to ensure the health and well-being of plants

**Requirements:**

* 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role
* College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
* Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
* Strong communication and leadership skills
