Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Arboriculture Supervisor to join our team at Seneca Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of work activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Working Conditions

This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.
