Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff, including sales floor assistants and cashiers.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
- 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
