Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 10064519 Manitoba Ltd (O/A Shell Canada). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of retail sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, lead by example, and promote a positive and inclusive store culture.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage Inventory: Conduct regular inventory audits, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Supervise Staff: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to retail sales associates to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
