Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 10064519 Manitoba Ltd (O/A Shell Canada). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of retail sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash, and prepare sales reports to inform business decisions.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, supervise staff, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic
Our retail store is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team of sales associates, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet sales targets.
