About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Digiuseppe Interior Design Ltd. As an Administrative Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services Coordination: Coordinate and manage administrative services, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, or arrange for the training of staff, and supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure efficient and effective administrative support.
  • Event Management: Manage events, including planning, coordinating, and executing administrative tasks related to events.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all administrative supplies and materials are properly managed.
  • Cross-Cultural Training: Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
  • Cultural Competency Training: Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers, and provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees.
  • Language Support: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition, and provides language support to ensure effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administrative services.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
