Job Title: Administrative Services Manager

Digiuseppe Interior Design Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to oversee daily operations, co-ordinate administrative services, and supervise office and volunteer staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating administrative services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, plan, and organize daily operations
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, hire, and train staff as needed
  • Manage events and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administrative services management
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment
  • Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers
  • Provide cultural competency training and awareness to create a welcoming work environment
