About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets teams in Edmonton and Vancouver. As a Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality advisory services to clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex advisory assignments, including sell-side and buy-side transactions, capital raisings, and other corporate finance initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct market and industry research, financial analysis, and due diligence to support client objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and expertise to drive growth.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a CPA, CFA, or CBV designation.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in capital markets, corporate finance, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or advisory role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
