Job Title: Restaurant Management Professional

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all employees, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded during their visit, and maintaining a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
* Manage inventory, maintain daily prep routines, and organize Food and Beverage orders
* Work various shifts, including closing the restaurant up to 2 nights a week, and as needed
* Maintain operational and occupational health and safety standards
* Ensure cleaning routines are followed
* Perform other duties as required

Requirements:
* 2 years of restaurant management experience, or 1-2 years supervisor role in a QSR type of environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
* Analytical/decision-making skills, leadership skills, customer service skills, and ability to exceed guest expectations
* Ability to work with minimal supervision, have a strong initiative, and perform efficiently during high volume peak periods
* Must be able to work flexible hours during evenings, weekends, and holidays, and hold a valid Driver's licence and car available full time
* Possess a food handlers certificate and First Aid (or obtain one within 30 days of hire)

Compensation:
$40,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
