Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at A&W 4955.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of staff members to achieve outstanding results.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and coach staff to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess staff performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequate and waste is minimized.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and customers.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, providing a high level of customer service.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • 1-7 months of experience in a restaurant management position.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
