Job Title: Senior IT Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Contract Specialist to join our team at QA Consultants. As a key member of our contract management team, you will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, providing input and participating in the review and negotiation of contracts with clients, vendors, and other third-party entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contract lifecycle, from initiation to renewal or termination
  • Review contracts and identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contractual obligations
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings
  • Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with stakeholders, consultants, and off-site personnel or management
