Job Title: Senior IT Contract Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Contract Specialist to join our team at QA Consultants. As a Senior IT Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, providing input and participating in the review and negotiation of contracts with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other third-party entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Manage the contract lifecycle, from initiation to renewal or termination, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Contract Review and Negotiation: Review contracts and identify potential risks and opportunities, providing input and participating in the review and negotiation of contracts with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other third-party entities.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contractual obligations, monitoring contract performance and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, coordinating deliverables and plans with other project managers, change managers, communications, and SMEs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for procurement and contract process improvement and implement changes as needed, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, law, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in contract management software.
