Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing payments, invoices, and reconciliations;
  • Maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
  • Preparing trial balance of books and performing variance analysis;
  • Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial planning and budgeting.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience;
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
