We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at VSF Consulting Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements and reports, including general ledger, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage payroll preparation and perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Compile data to prepare documents and estimates for general expenses and overheads.
Requirements
  • Educational background: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Relevant work experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
