Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Centurize Construction Services.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with 32-40 hours of work per week. As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining financial records, and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, maintain general ledgers, and financial statements, post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare trial balance of books.
  • Accounting Reports: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required by management or regulatory bodies.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
