Salary and Benefits

The Director, Total Rewards position offers a salary ranging from $124,273 to $165,696 annually, based on qualifications and experience, plus a performance-based incentive. EDC provides a comprehensive compensation package that includes benefits, wellness programs, and pension plans.

Job Description

The Director, Total Rewards will lead the design, governance, and compliance of compensation, benefits, wellness, and pension programs to attract, engage, and retain top talent. This role ensures that EDC's Total Rewards offerings remain competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the organization's strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership to the Total Rewards team, mentoring and developing team members, designing innovative Total Rewards programs, overseeing executive compensation and incentive programs, and ensuring governance and compliance of compensation and benefit programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a solid understanding of Total Rewards programs.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience advising senior executives and boards, with a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, policies, and compliance requirements.
