About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Rewards Leader to join our team at Export Development Canada.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's compensation, benefits, wellness, and pension programs to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the design and governance of executive compensation and incentive programs.
  • Manage external service providers to deliver value and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on Total Rewards.
  • Experience advising senior executives and boards, with excellent communication skills.
  • Functionally bilingual in English and French.

  • A competitive salary range of $124,273 to $165,696 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
