We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join the Queen's University team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in quality management and assurance standards.

About the Role

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing managerial methods and organization within the university. You will develop and propose quality standards, conduct training sessions, and ensure compliance with regulations.

In this role, you will work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement new procedures. Your expertise will help maintain the highest level of quality throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
