Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Senior Associate to join our team as an Institutional Relationship Manager. This role will be responsible for strengthening our relationships with existing clients and driving continuous service improvements to achieve business retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives to identify and satisfy client needs.
  • Coordinate relationship management activities with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Product Specialist, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide input to product development and marketing to grow the overall business.
  • Work with more senior staff on larger and/or more complex clients, issues, and relationships.
  • Develop solutions and make recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.
  • Build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders and ensure alignment.
  • Monitor and track performance, and address any issues.
  • Provide input into the planning and implementation of operational programs.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a business plan, including relationship management strategies, to achieve retention objectives.
  • Develop rapport and instill confidence with clients to develop credibility and earn their trust as a relationship manager.
  • Prepare client and market summaries as required.
  • Participate in industry and prospect events to grow presence in the marketplace.
Requirements
  • Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bilingualism in French and English.
  • CFA is a great asset.
  • Growing understanding of relationship management and the market.
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
  • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,900.00 - $132,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
