What is the opportunity?
As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be a key contact for account management including post sales activities, complex contractual and plan design inquiries, and installation. You will identify cross-selling opportunities by providing superior service in assisting producers and group plan administrators by resolving problems and proactively recommending solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve client inquiries by determining appropriate action for complex issues, both internally and externally, with minimal management involvement, in addition to proactively recommending solutions and ideas when resolving problems
- Establish relationships with producers and group plan administrators
- Process plan changes, termination of policies, transfer of AOR, plan design changes, legal name changes, billing etc.
- Provide client education and training on product, product information and RBC Systems
- Maintain accurate producer contact information through SFDC
- Take personal responsibility for maintaining awareness and acting in accordance with RBC risk management policies and procedures
- Drive efficient process improvements consistently
Requirements
Must-have
- Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.

- Strong computer literacy skills.
