Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

At MANNZ CANADA IMMIGRATION, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including arranging seminars, conferences, and meetings, as well as maintaining office procedures and routines.

This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week. Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and meetings
• Maintaining office procedures and routines
• Providing administrative support to staff

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
