Administrative Support Specialist

At Findoc Financial & Consulting Services Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, providing administrative support to our team members, and contributing to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing meeting materials.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Team Support: Provide support to our team members, including training and development opportunities, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Environment:
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
