About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Assistant to join our team at the Osoyoos Health Centre. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide high-quality support to our staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reception and administrative support to our team, including data entry, correspondence, and record management.
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments, and receive, record, and check balances of cash transactions.
  • Maintain and clean medical/surgical supplies, equipment, and HCIS resource material.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including preparing presentations, arranging meetings, transcribing minutes, booking travel, and record management.
Requirements
  • A current Typing Test 40 wpm or greater completed within past 24 months from a recognized institution.
  • An Office Administration Certificate.
  • A current valid BC Driver's License.
  • Your Resume.
  • A Cover Letter stating your availability to start in a new position.
