About the Role

Fresh Prep is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Operations Coordinator to join our team in Montréal. As a key member of our delivery operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our meal kits to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate delivery operations, including route planning and optimization, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of meal kits.
  • Communicate with drivers and customers to resolve any delivery issues or concerns.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and issues related to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive working environment.

Requirements

  • College or university degree in a related field (e.g. logistics, business, communications).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly spreadsheets, and Slack.
  • Reliable and available to work a consistent schedule, including weekends and evenings.
