Job Summary

We are seeking a bilingual Delivery Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient delivery functions, meeting KPIs, and communicating with drivers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow delivery issues from start to finish, communicating with drivers and customers as needed.
  • Assign routes to drivers based on a weekly game plan and schedule.
  • Evaluate and communicate coverage needs and departmental capacity each day.
  • Use Onfleet, our live dispatch application, to meet timelines and strategic goals.
  • Provide support and address issues for our fleet of drivers, communicating remotely via Slack and phone.
  • Monitor delivery efficiency and facilitate communication between drivers and customers.
  • Answer delivery-related calls and emails and problem-solve live for customer delivery issues.
  • Estimate ETAs and adjust plans throughout the day to avoid late deliveries.

Requirements

  • College or university degree (preferred) or high school diploma and equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks as per importance.
  • Tech savvy with good command of Google Suite, particularly spreadsheets, and Slack.
  • Positive, respectful attitude with good people skills.
  • Reliable and available to work a consistent schedule at 40 hours per week.
