Job Title: Deliveries Coordinator

At Fresh Prep, we're on a mission to make healthy eating convenient and sustainable for Western Canada. As a Deliveries Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their meal kits on time and with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage delivery issues from start to finish, communicating with drivers, customers, and internal teams as needed.
  • Optimize delivery routes to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with drivers to resolve issues and improve delivery processes.
  • Monitor delivery efficiency and communicate with customers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless delivery operations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack.
  • Bilingualism in French and English (required).
  • College or university degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
