Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Talent Recruitment Services. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for processing classification, staffing, and other personnel documents, as well as maintaining registration systems, records, and files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain personnel documents, including classification, staffing, and other related records.
  • Store, update, and retrieve personnel-related data in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Manage personnel information databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Arrange for advertising and posting of job vacancies to attract top talent.
  • Screen job applicants and administer employment tests to assess their skills and qualifications.
  • Conduct reference checks to verify candidate information.
  • Prepare reports to track HR metrics and provide insights to management.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language.
