Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Talent Recruitment Services. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for processing classification, staffing, and other personnel documents, as well as maintaining registration systems, records, and files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain personnel documents, including classification, staffing, and other related records.
- Store, update, and retrieve personnel-related data in a secure and efficient manner.
- Manage personnel information databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Arrange for advertising and posting of job vacancies to attract top talent.
- Screen job applicants and administer employment tests to assess their skills and qualifications.
- Conduct reference checks to verify candidate information.
- Prepare reports to track HR metrics and provide insights to management.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Basic security clearance.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
- 35 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language.
