Human Resources Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Brandt. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Provide HR advisory support on employee-related matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee communications.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational goals and values.
- Collaborate with management and employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on HR best practices, legislative changes, and industry standards to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HR role.
- University degree with a focus on Human Resources or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills, professionalism, organizational, and project management skills.
- French/English bilingualism is required.
