At Kellanova Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth and Category Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a Revenue Growth and Category strategy that drives conversion and growth through the development of Kellanova's vision of the category and occasion into the optimal assortment, shelf placement, pricing, and promotion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver a Revenue Growth and Category strategy that drives conversion and growth through the development of Kellanova's vision of the category and occasion into the optimal assortment, shelf placement, pricing, and promotion.
- Lead the Revenue Growth function with the customer and commercial teams, as well as integration in modeling and optimizing trade plans.
- Drive regular engagement at senior leadership levels for various accounts, as well as develop account-specific category strategies.
- Evaluate the performance of multiple product launches, corporate promotions, and other initiatives, and effectively communicate the results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, with a Business Diploma or Degree preferred and proven CPG-related experience.
- Experience presenting complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels.
- Strong proficiency in Nielsen, Microsoft Office, Planograming, Nielsen Revenue Optimizer, and customer POS software is an asset.
- Experience with trade spend syndicated data and the insight generation capability to propose winning strategies.
- Experience in managing vendor/customer relationships.
- Strong analytical capability and comfort with financial and data macros.
- Ability to travel 10%.
