Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Registration Specialist to join our team at NBC. As a Technical Advisor in the Registration Team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on regulatory registrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support stakeholders on regulatory registrations;
- Provide advanced technical support, sometimes regulatory in nature, requiring expressed knowledge of securities;
- Act as a registration expert for NBC Financial managers and employees as well as for other support departments such as compliance, human resources and legal affairs;
- Carry out and coordinate special projects according to needs and regulatory changes;
- Interpret, communicate and clarify CIRO rules and policies related to registration;
- Identify problems, meet with stakeholders, and seek and propose appropriate solutions that meet the Bank's and subsidiaries' business objectives while protecting their interests.

Requirements
- Three-year professional college diploma or academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity;
- At least 3 years of experience related to the sector of activity;
- Ability to analyze and review securities regulations;
- Knowledge of the Power BI tool, Microsoft Excel, and Office365 applications;
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to provide guidance and support to internal partners.
Language
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
