Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our Financial Markets department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and minimizing risks associated with our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop close relationships with FM business units and support sectors
  • Collaborate with the FM Compliance team and FM Operational Risk Management to mitigate risks
  • Perform daily surveillance of the breach monitoring tool and investigate breaches
  • Recommend and oversee the implementation of relevant control enhancements

About the Team:

The Financial Resource Management team works closely with Traders and Financial Market sector Heads, advising them on the optimal allocation of financial resources available to them. The team oversees business development and evaluates related regulatory processes to maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field and 6 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of Financial Markets activities and systems
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex financial concepts and solve problems
  • Proven ability to work effectively in an ambiguous and constantly evolving environment
