Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Advisor to join our Registration Service team at Banque Nationale. As a Technical Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and support to stakeholders on regulatory registrations.

About the Role:

  • Provide in-depth analysis and advice on regulatory registration requirements to internal stakeholders.
  • Offer advanced technical support, requiring a strong understanding of securities regulations and registration processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in registration for managers and employees of Banque Nationale, as well as other support services such as compliance, human resources, and legal affairs.
  • Coordinate special projects related to regulatory changes and registration processes.
  • Interpret, communicate, and clarify the rules and policies of regulatory bodies related to registration.
  • Identify issues, meet with stakeholders, and propose tailored solutions that meet the business objectives of Banque Nationale and its subsidiaries while protecting their interests.

About the Team:

You will be part of a team of six colleagues reporting to the Director of the Registration Service. Our team is known for its expertise in regulatory registrations, provision of client/employee experience, stimulating and diverse work, as well as a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Collaboration is essential as we work with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Three-year professional college diploma or equivalent academic qualification related to the sector.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in the sector.
  • Ability to analyze and review securities regulations.
  • Knowledge of Power BI tool, Microsoft Excel, and Office365 applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to provide advice and support to internal partners.
