As a Business Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, identifying and nurturing qualified leads for our cutting-edge AI-enabled vision and robotic welding solutions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of our cobots and AI-based machine vision solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in fueling our growth by executing targeted outreach through cold calls and personalized email campaigns to identify and engage potential leads.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to understand the landscape of target accounts, their current welding practices, and readiness for automation technologies.
  • Presentation of our AI-enabled vision solutions in a compelling and informative manner to demonstrate how they can solve industry challenges and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintenance and update CRM databases with comprehensive information on prospects and client interactions to facilitate a seamless flow of data within the team.
  • Assessment of lead interest levels, budget alignment, and their stage in the purchasing process to qualify them as potential customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that leads meet quality standards for conversion.
  • Sharing best practices, insights, and strategies to enhance team-wide lead generation efforts.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of B2B sales experience within the North American market.
  • Proven expertise in business development and negotiations, with a minimum of 4 years of direct experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships and leveraging persuasion to drive business outcomes.
  • Track record of success in cold calling and email outreach, consistently achieving lead generation goals.
