Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Deva Applications Ltd. as an Operations Coordinator. This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Operations Coordination
- Establish and maintain efficient administrative procedures and protocols.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
- Communication and Reporting
- Prepare and assemble data for periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced office environment with a dynamic team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
