About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Deva Applications Ltd. as an Operations Coordinator. This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Operations Coordination
    • Establish and maintain efficient administrative procedures and protocols.
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Prepare and assemble data for periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced office environment with a dynamic team.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
