About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at A & K Tiles & Drywall Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Priorities

Develop and implement effective work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to the team, including carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.

Policy Administration

Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.

Office Services Coordination

Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

Administrative Procedures Oversight

Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Utilize electronic mail and MS Office to perform administrative tasks.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and policies.

Requirements
  • Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

32 hours per week.
