Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Priorities
Develop and implement effective work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Administrative SupportProvide administrative support to the team, including carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.
Policy AdministrationAdminister policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
Office Services CoordinationCoordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Administrative Procedures OversightOversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Computer and Technology KnowledgeUtilize electronic mail and MS Office to perform administrative tasks.
ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and policies.
Requirements- Language
Fluency in English is required.
Work Hours32 hours per week.
