About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Manager to join our team at Corpay, Inc. as a key member of our business development team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire bid process from identification to submission and pre-award negotiations. This will involve:

  • Proposal Development: Developing and managing proposals to ensure they meet the client's requirements and are submitted on time.
  • Research and Analysis: Conducting market research and analyzing bid requirements to develop effective proposal strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including proposal writers, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders, such as sub-contractors.
  • Content Creation: Creating high-quality, engaging, and accurate bid content that showcases our company's capabilities and meets the client's needs.
  • Project Management: Managing multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining control over the process and timelines.
