About the Role

Corpay is seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our team in Vancouver, Canada. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's bid process from identification to submission and pre-award negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the bid process from start to finish, including proposal writing, editing, and submission.
  • Analyze bid requirements and develop a proposal compliance matrix to ensure accurate and compliant bid responses.
  • Track bid responses and evaluations, maintaining an activity log and Salesforce records.
  • Maintain and update content in the corporate proposal library.
  • Participate in bid/no bid reviews with the leadership team and conduct win/loss reviews.
  • Develop effective processes, assets, and resources to support bidding.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as directed by the leadership team.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in bid management, proposal development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of winning new business through the bidding process.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create accurate and compelling bid content.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to ensure all bid content is accurate and compliant.
  • Technical writing skills, with a good understanding of technical writing principles.
  • Time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of proposal automation software, such as Responsive.
