As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth flow of bid-related activities from release to completion, contributing to the achievement of our company's business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Company's bid process from identification to submission and pre-award negotiations
  • Analyze bid requirements and develop comprehensive bid strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions
  • Develop and maintain bid-related documentation and records
  • Provide administrative support to the Bid Manager and sales team
  • Assist in the development of bid-related reports and analytics
  • Participate in bid/no bid reviews and win/loss analyses
  • Support the development of effective processes and resources for successful bid submissions

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in bid coordination or a related field
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to learn new software programs and tools
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
