Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at BIG RIG PARTZ INC. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide high-level administrative support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to senior management, including preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences;
  • Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to maximize productivity;
  • Schedule appointments, confirm travel arrangements, and manage itineraries;
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional manner;
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels;
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field;
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent;
  • Work Language: English;
  • Hours: 40 hours per week;
