Job Summary:

H&S Contracting Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to our staff, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and establish and implement policies and procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to staff, including planning and organizing daily operations, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and responding to employee questions and complaints.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and provide customer service.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records, compile data, statistics, and other information, and oversee the preparation of reports.
  • Travel and Logistics: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
  • Technology: Maintain and manage digital databases, and perform data entry.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in administrative support.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with Google Drive and LinkedIn.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
