Job Summary

Azad Technology Partners is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Lead to spearhead the delivery of large-scale infrastructure technology programs in Chicago, IL. This full-time W2 contract position requires a strategic and tactical leader with 7+ years' experience in managing complex IT projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute large-scale infrastructure technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, establish clear roles and responsibilities, and define deliverables and milestones.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and key risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Motivate team members, facilitate discussions, and drive results-oriented decision-making.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on infrastructure technology projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading multiple concurrent projects and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of PPM tools, such as Clarity, Service Now, Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Office Suite (including MS Project, SharePoint, and Teams).
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$160,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Azad Technology Partners offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
