Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the SR&ED and Government Incentives team in Winnipeg. You will lead client engagements, support the manufacturing, natural resources, and clean technology/environmental industries, and collaborate with national teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support SR&ED client engagements
  • Maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Examine client operations and processes to determine eligibility for grants, tax credits, and funding programs
  • Communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues
  • Provide professional advice related to documentation and compliance with SR&ED program requirements
  • Gather internal and external client resources utilization and assist with costing activities
  • Assist and guide clients during technical reviews with the CRA

Requirements

  • University degree or strong technical expertise in a specific field of science and engineering (B.Sc., M.Sc., or PhD)
  • 2+ years of SR&ED experience and recognized subject matter expertise
  • Excellent technical writing skills and strong editorial capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits
