Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented individual to join our team at Altamash Syed Insurance Agency Ltd. as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Establish personalized telephone contact with clients to create a climate of trust conducive to the sale of home or auto insurance policies.
- Sales and Marketing: Seize all sales opportunities, solicitations, and product offers to drive business growth.
- Marketing Goals: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, ensuring the continued expansion of our client base.
- Customer Education: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, ensuring they receive the best possible coverage.
- Sales Experience: Proven sales experience with a successful track record of meeting sales goals.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer Relations: Ability to relate to customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

- OTL/RIBO: OTL/RIBO certification is required.
- Life and Health License: Life and Health license (LLQP) is required, with the ability to obtain.
- Education: College diploma in a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of property and casualty disciplines.
