About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Support Associate to join our team at JOHN O. WELDING SERVICES LTD.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year based on industry standards and local market conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning: Assist in planning and controlling budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of company resources.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, electronic enquiries, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain accurate manual and computerized information filing systems to support business operations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support by typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a related field, with a strong focus on administrative support and financial management.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
