Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor apprentices to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and correctly.
  • Oversee the ordering of parts and manage inventory levels to ensure timely and accurate stock.
  • Organize and manage the shipping, receiving, and returns of parts and materials.
  • Utilize online tools to source and identify parts, ensuring quality and availability.
  • Answer phone calls and take customer orders in a professional and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Red Seal Journeyman Certification, where applicable.
  • Previous experience in parts management is an asset.
  • Forklift training and experience is an asset.
  • Proficient in the use of all in-house equipment, including computers, Excel, Word, calculators, fax machines, and materials handling equipment.
  • A valid Class 5 Driver's License and an acceptable Driver's Abstract in accordance with TDF Group's Driver and Vehicle Safety Program.
