Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Superior Staffing And Recruitment Services Limited. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth flow of information within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluating their effectiveness and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Experience: We are looking for an individual with 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong background in office administration and customer service.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the team.

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
