Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Transtar Logistics Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating office services.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Task Management: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
