About the OpportunityAs a Branch Manager at EBH, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals. You'll work closely with corporate, district, and technical managers to drive branch operations and achieve strategic goals. This is a full-time position based out of our Parksville branch location.
Key Accountabilities- Operational Excellence: Oversee branch operations, manage people, and drive sales growth.
- Driving Sales: Develop and maintain a strong rapport with customers, drive sales growth, and increase gross profit.
- Leadership: Mentor and empower your team, work with HR to develop strategies for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborator: Work closely with corporate managers, sales directors, and customer service managers to drive business growth.
- Strategic Planner: Analyze data to meet branch Key Performance Indicators, prepare operational reports, and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ Years of Experience: In the electrical industry or similar industry.
- 5+ Years of Management Experience: Proven ability to form strategic partnerships, build relationships, and respect cultural diversity.
- Valid Driver's License: And a reliable vehicle for travel.
- Intermediate Computer Skills: With high proficiency in MS Office and ERP experience.
