About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Branch Manager to lead our Parksville branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving sales growth, and mentoring a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee branch operations, manage people, and drive sales growth.
  • Leadership: Mentor and empower your team to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with corporate managers, sales directors, and customer service managers to develop strategies for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze data to meet branch Key Performance Indicators, prepare branch reports, and demonstrate expertise in managing P&L responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in the electrical industry or similar industry.
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience.
  • Proven ability to form strategic partnerships, build relationships, and respect cultural diversity.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive your own vehicle.
