About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Parksville branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving sales growth, and mentoring and empowering your team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee branch operations, manage people, and drive sales growth.
  • Driving Sales: Responsible for an active account base, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Leadership: Mentor and empower your team, working closely with Corporate Managers and Sales Directors.
  • Collaboration: Work with Corporate Managers, Sales Directors, and branch staff to develop strategies for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze data to meet branch Key Performance Indicators, prepare branch reports, and demonstrate expertise in managing P&L responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in the electrical industry or similar industry.
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience.
  • Proven ability to form strategic partnerships, build relationships, and respect cultural diversity.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive your own vehicle.
  • Ability to be inclusive, collaborative, and respectful.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, managing, and mentoring a team.
  • Intermediate computer skills with high proficiency in MS Office and ERP experience.
